Founded in 2019, Hinge Development is an agile, versatile, private full-service commercial & residential real estate firm based in the greater Nashville, TN area. We have a powerful team comprised of experienced professionals with over 80 years of investment, portfolio management, development, real estate leasing, sales, and operating expertise throughout Tennessee.
