Cody Blair Hinge Development

Cody Blair Miller


Cody was named President of Hinge’s parent company, Westwood Management, Inc., in 2017. 

Cody holds an undergraduate degree in accounting with a minor in international business from the University of Tennessee. Her accounting degree led her back to her hometown of Nashville, TN, where she joined Kraft CPA’s. Cody worked on the Risk Management & Advisory team, which evolved her skills and knowledge of business operations. Performing internal audits for large local power companies and Fortune 500 privately-owned companies, Cody was able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of company processes quickly.  

With a better understanding of business operations, Cody took her talents back to her family-owned company, Westwood Management. She went on to get her real estate license and work as a property manager, where she supervised operations for the company and its clients. While growing Westwood Management, she decided to use her passion for business and real estate and form a new division that would provide unique and versatile service for investors, owners, and tenants in commercial and residential real estate, thus creating Hinge Development.

Hoil is a native to the Brentwood/Franklin area, having lived here all his life. Following his graduation from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee, with an accounting degree, he began his professional career in the public accounting industry, rising through the ranks of local and regional CPA firms.

Hoil leaped from public accounting to private accounting and served as the Controller of an upstart property management firm, Westwood Management Corporation – A firm he would go on to co-own and sell nearly ten years later, after a prolonged period of continual growth. After the change of ownership, Hoil remained with the firm at the management level. Currently, he is the Senior Director of Management Services for Westwood Property Management, located in Franklin, Tennessee.

With 30 years’ experience and comprehensive knowledge of all real estate services, Hoil was an integral contributor to the conception and creation of Hinge Development & Realty. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Vice President for both Westwood Property Management and Hinge Development, with a primary focus on client management services and strategic planning, as they pertain to Hinge.

Community involvement and youth mentoring have always been significant to Hoil. Within a year of college graduation, he began coaching youth sports that started a hobby with a Pee Wee football team, culminating in a second career as an assistant football coach at Franklin High School. Over the years, he has coached both boys and girls, ages 4-18, baseball, softball, football, and basketball. Hoil has also been blessed to serve his church as a deacon, mission group leader, and longtime youth Sunday School teacher.

Currently, Hoil and his wife and family reside in Franklin, Tennessee.

Anthony Roselli Hinge Development

Anthony Roselli

Senior Vice President 

Anthony was named Senior Vice President in 2021 for Hinge Development. 

Anthony is a commercial real estate specialist with 30-plus years of experience with expertise in development services, mergers & acquisitions for commercial properties, investment properties, and portfolio management.

During his career, Anthony has successfully managed commercial real estate portfolios of $200 million. His global portfolio includes corporate mergers & acquisitions, negotiating and structuring over 600+ leases in six countries, and implementing a franchise growth blueprint and real estate expansion for investors. Anthony has developed strategic real estate planning for new and existing franchise locations in global markets as well. 

Anthony’s accolades also include serving as President of Real Estate Development for a Canadian based franchise company, President of International Development for a United States firm, and CEO of an Italian based real estate investment firm. He has traveled to thirty countries and lived in six while managing investments and developments in retail shopping centers, mixed-use, medical buildings, multifamily, and corporate centers.

Angela Crowe

With attention to detail and a commitment to client service, Angela gleans years of experience in real estate property management, direct marketing, and print advertising to deliver a unique market perspective for real estate investors looking to maximize their rental property income potential and for sellers and buyers ready to make their next move. 

As a small business owner, she has witnessed the exponential Middle Tennessee real estate market growth over the years and is excited to be a part of such a thriving industry. She grew up in Brentwood and is a University of Tennessee graduate in Human Resources Management. Out in the community, you will find her serving at church Room in the Inn ministries, caring for seniors, and supporting other charitable organizations. She and her husband live in Franklin and enjoy spending time with their family and friends.

Dylan Blair



Dylan is a Franklin native who is no stranger to the real estate and property management market. While pursuing a degree in supply chain management at the University of Tennessee, he worked at one of Knoxville’s most desirable apartment complexes as a Leasing Agent for the duration of his tenure there. Upon graduation in 2016, Dylan moved south to Chattanooga to further gain experience working for Mohawk Industries, the largest flooring manufacturer in the US, being recognized as one of the few Supply Chain Associates to garner a new process for tracking international imports and exports. During that time Dylan bought and flipped his first house down in Chattanooga which led to him transitioning away from the logistical field and back gravitating towards the family business of property management and real estate. Now Dylan leads to add another staple to his list of accomplishments by working towards getting his General Contractors license with hopes to use it to further build and brandish his family’s company. 


He currently lives in the heart of Germantown, one of Nashville’s hottest spots for residential and commercial advancement; familiarizing him with the city’s latest trends in urban development gives him a leg up on the most promising up-and-coming neighborhoods in the area. Hoping to acquire a sense of where Nashville’s market is headed next, Dylan hopes to get ahead of the curve by tapping into the lifeblood of his city’s community by networking not only with Nashville natives who have deep ties with the city but also with future implants who wish to migrate here.

Gaven Smith



A native of Nashville and resident of Williamson County for 20 years, Gaven Smith has a passion for real estate that started at an early age with his father who was a developer, builder, and mortgage broker.  Since his first new luxury construction in Brentwood, TN at Montclair in 2004, there has been no looking back. Gaven has personally generated more than $2.1 million in profit building/purchasing and selling real estate over the years. He has partnered and had relationships in home builds, design, and projects with market leaders such as Legend Homes, Ford Classic Homes, Castle Homes, Michelle Chapman Architect, and more.  He now extends his talents to working with buyers or sellers in the luxury sector — matching luxury home designs with personal lifestyles. As the owner of Nashville’s largest and most successful luxury salon, Studio Gaven hair colour, he has fostered relationships with some of the highest net worth individuals in one of the wealthiest zip codes in America. With seven personal custom builds under his belt, those experiences are invaluable to anyone looking to buy and build from the ground up or renovate an existing property. With these and other commercial projects, he loves working with investors to help them realize their goals in creating multiple income streams in the Middle TN market.
