Barry’s Boot Camp

Barrys has been at the forefront of the group fitness classes for sometime. Establishing the way for so many other group type classes to follow, Barrys set the bar high when it comes to high intensity fitness. From their instructors to their workouts, it is one of the most coveted group fitness classes in Nashville. Go give this gym a try!

Shed

Shed is one of the newest group fitness class to hit the Nashville scene. With multiple locations from Bell Meade to Germantown, Shed offers a series of classes to focus on different muscle groups each and every day of the week, rotating exercises for each of the core muscle groups. In addition to their primary group classes, Shed offers something known as SHED Strength – which is strictly limited to private training sessions to challenge and push your body to greater limits. This is an awesome option if you are trying to achieve a specific goal for yourself and want that 1 on 1 personal trainer feeling.

Booth Camp

Nashville’s Booth Camp, offers experienced coaches to provide custom workouts catered to a more niche market of athletes. This class is designed to have a focus on a team mentality, but also to maximize each individual’s potential. Workouts are designed for the entirety of the class, really catering to the phrase “teamwork makes the dreamwork” in order to really be able to drive home the idea of group fitness. Offering a variety of classes that incorporate cross training, bikes, turf training, battle ropes, & more. Booth camp encourages everyone, regardless of athletic abilities, to try this one-of-a-kind workout experience.

Trumav Fitness

Everyday offers a unique training experience at Trumav fitness and is why it comes in at our # 2 spot for Nashville’s best group fitness classes. Trufit is their basic level course that offers anyone willing the ability to be a part of the Trumav experience which incorporates custom designed exercises that focus on heart rate training during your workout and post workout metabolic rate after your gone. Their excellent high intensity staff will help push you to meet your goals both in and outside the gym with their enthusiastic attitudes and can offer private training as well if that is more the route you wish to take.
